Privacy Policy
CRUSH Privacy Policy
CRUSH is an AI wardrobe and virtual try-on app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how users can request deletion.
Developer and Contact
CRUSH is operated by seungy0. For privacy questions or data requests, contact dltmdrb98@gmail.com.
Data We Collect
- Account data, such as Firebase user ID, email address, display name, and sign-in provider information.
- Profile data users provide in the app, such as name, age, sex, and profile photo.
- Wardrobe and try-on content uploaded by users, including clothing photos, person photos, generated product-style images, generated try-on results, and related metadata.
- AI review data, such as item categories, colors, brands, user corrections, processing status, quality metrics, and failure reasons.
- Technical data needed to operate the service, such as request logs, device/app diagnostics, crash information if enabled, and security records.
How We Use Data
- To authenticate users and keep their wardrobe associated with their account.
- To upload, process, classify, review, and display wardrobe items.
- To generate outfit recommendations and virtual try-on images.
- To improve AI quality, detect failed or non-clothing uploads, troubleshoot bugs, secure the service, and prevent abuse.
- To respond to support, privacy, and account deletion requests.
Service Providers
CRUSH uses service providers to operate the app, including Firebase, Google Cloud Storage, Firestore, Google sign-in, and Google Vertex AI. These providers process data for app functionality, cloud hosting, authentication, storage, and AI generation. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to provide app functionality through our service providers, comply with law, protect users and the service, or complete a user-requested support or deletion process.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. User images and metadata are stored in access-controlled Firebase and Google Cloud resources. Signed upload and download URLs are time limited where used.
Retention and Deletion
Account, profile, wardrobe, and generated image data is retained while the user keeps an active CRUSH account. Users can delete their account from the app profile screen or request deletion through the account deletion page. Deletion removes the account record and associated app data unless we must retain limited records for legal, security, fraud prevention, or abuse-prevention reasons. Backup and log copies may take up to 30 days to expire from routine systems.
User Choices
- Users can choose whether to upload profile, wardrobe, person, and garment photos.
- Users can edit AI-generated wardrobe details before confirming items.
- Users can delete individual wardrobe items in the app.
- Users can request account and associated data deletion at any time.
Children
CRUSH is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
