Account Deletion

Delete your CRUSH account

You can delete your CRUSH account and associated app data from inside the app. If you cannot access the app, email us and we will help process the request.

Delete from the App

1. Open CRUSH and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the confirmation message and confirm deletion.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email dltmdrb98@gmail.com with the subject "CRUSH account deletion request". Include the email address used to sign in to CRUSH. We may ask for additional verification to protect the account holder.

What Will Be Deleted

• Firebase Authentication account for CRUSH.
• Profile data, including profile photo references.
• Wardrobe item metadata, user edits, categories, and AI analysis data.
• User-uploaded images stored under the account, including wardrobe, person, garment, and try-on images.
• Generated product-style clothing images and virtual try-on results associated with the account.
• Try-on job records associated with the account.

Retention After Deletion

Deletion is intended to remove active account data promptly. Limited records may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse-prevention, or operational backup reasons. Backup and log copies may take up to 30 days to expire from routine systems.
